Job Description

  • Assist the Bar Manager in supervising daily bar operations.
  • Support training, coaching, and motivating bartenders and service staff.
  • Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Support creation of seasonal cocktails and bar promotions.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
  • Uphold responsible service of alcohol and all safety standards.


Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Beverage Management is an advantage.
  • 7+ years of bar experience, with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong beverage knowledge and mixology skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
