Job Description
- Assist the Bar Manager in supervising daily bar operations.
- Support training, coaching, and motivating bartenders and service staff.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Support creation of seasonal cocktails and bar promotions.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol and all safety standards.
Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality or Beverage Management is an advantage.
- 7+ years of bar experience, with supervisory exposure.
- Strong beverage knowledge and mixology skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
