Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily F&B operations across all outlets and functions.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Support implementation of SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory, stock control, and requisitions.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure service recovery when needed.
  • Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Support training and development programs for F&B staff.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and special functions.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in F&B operations, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
