Job Description

  • Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring flawless service delivery.
  • Supervise and motivate the service team to achieve high guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct staff training on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling.
  • Oversee table setups, reservation management, and seating plans.
  • Handle guest complaints, special requests, and VIP service with professionalism.
  • Monitor hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all service areas.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and performance management.
  • Support implementation of promotions, events, and service improvement plans.
  • Ensure accurate billing and adherence to all F&B procedures.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 7+ years F&B service experience in Assistant restaurant manager
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle busy operations.
