Job Description
- Manage daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff.
- Develop innovative cocktails, seasonal menus, and promotions.
- Maintain stock control, inventory accuracy, and cost management.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of beverages.
- Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Monitor service consistency, bar cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle guest concerns and VIP service with professionalism.
- Drive bar revenue through creative upselling strategies and promotions.
Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Beverage Management is an advantage.
- 8+ years of bar or beverage service experience or managerial roles.
- Strong mixology knowledge and creative cocktail development skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent guest experiences and grow revenue.
