Job Description

  • Supervise bartenders and bar attendants during shifts.
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the bar area.
  • Oversee stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Train team members on mixology, product knowledge, upselling, and service etiquette.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure timely service recovery.
  • Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS operations.
  • Support the creation of cocktail menus and seasonal promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Coordinate with F&B management for operational improvements.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food and Beverage Service or Bar Management Certification
  • 6+ years of experience in Bar Operation or F&B service, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong supervisory skills especially managing Food and Beverage service or Bar Operation
  • Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced operations
