The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. Ensures bar cleanliness, product knowledge, accurate billing, and a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction and promotes repeat business.

Job Description

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Ensure correct stock levels, rotate inventory, and monitor expiry.
  • Take orders, process payments, and handle POS transactions accurately.
  • Recommend beverages and execute upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Handle guest concerns politely and efficiently.
  • Prepare garnishes, restock supplies, and complete side duties.
  • Support bar promotions and themed events.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Certificate in hospitality management, Food and beverage service or Bar Management Certification
  • 4+ years of bartending experience.
  • Strong beverage and cocktail knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
