The Butler provides highly personalized, luxury-level service to VIP guests, ensuring comfort, privacy, and tailored experiences throughout their stay. Acts as the primary point of contact, anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Job Description

  • Welcome VIP guests and offer personalized check-in/check-out assistance.
  • Updating yourself with hotel knowledge, city knowledge, tours and special activities
  • Provide dedicated service including packing/unpacking, room setup, and special arrangements.
  • Handle guest requests, preferences, and itineraries with utmost confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to deliver seamless service.
  • Serve in-room dining, amenities, and handle private functions or events.
  • Ensure rooms are always in perfect condition, meeting luxury standards.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of guest preferences to create memorable experiences.
  • Arrange transportation, reservations, tours, and special activities.
  • Handle complaints diplomatically and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, discretion, and service etiquette.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage service or Front Office Management
  • 2–4 years of experience in luxury hotels or butler service.
  • Strong communication, etiquette, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and guest-orientation.
  • Excellent customer service
