Carpenter Technician

To construct, repair, and maintain wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures to maintain the resort’s quality and aesthetic standards.

• Inspect and repair furniture, doors, windows, and wooden fittings daily.

• Construct custom furniture or structures as required by departments.

• Perform preventive maintenance checks on all wooden installations.

• Maintain workshop tools and inventory in safe condition.

• Respond to guest maintenance requests within 15 minutes.

• Ensure all carpentry works align with Catalonia’s aesthetic standards.

• Apply varnish, polish, or paint to maintain appearance and durability.

• Complete assigned tasks on schedule (target 95% on-time rate).

• Assist in renovation and special projects as directed.

• Ensure zero safety incidents by following proper tool-handling practices.

• VETA Certificate in Carpentry.

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or construction.

• Woodworking expertise.

• Attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Time management and craftsmanship
