Job Description
Prepare cold appetizers, salads, dressings, and sandwiches.
Set up buffet items and assist in platter decoration.
Maintain mise-en-place and freshness.
Follow cold storage and hygiene requirements.
Supervise Commis II & III in basic prep tasks.
Maintain cleanliness of chillers and work area.
Qualification and Requirements
Certificate in Culinary Arts, food production or Hotel Management
3 years' experience in handling cold kitchen operation
