Basic preparation: washing, cutting, peeling, portioning.


Maintain cleanliness of workstations.


Assist in mise-en-place.


Follow food safety and labeling procedures.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred, certificate in Food production or Hotel Management
  • 3 months traineeship experience required
