Job Summary

The Demi CDP – Cold Kitchen supports the CDP in the preparation of salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, sushi, canapés, and buffet presentations. Ensures freshness, hygiene, and visual quality.

Job Description

  • Assist CDP in preparing salads, cold starters, dressings, and sandwiches.
  • Prepare mise-en-place and ensure freshness of cold items.
  • Help create attractive buffet and platter presentations.
  • Follow cold storage and temperature control guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators and work areas.
  • Supervise Commis in proper food handling and plating.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in requisitions.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.


Qualification and Requirements

Culinary certificate or equivalent.

4+ years of experience in cold kitchen/garde manger.

Strong presentation, garnishing, and cold-prep skills.
