Job Summary

Responsible for organizing and coordinating daily entertainment schedules, guest activities, shows, and events. Works closely with the team to deliver fun, engaging, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

Job Description

  • Assist in developing entertainment programs and activity calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics for daily activities, evening shows, and special events.
  • Communicate schedules, scripts, and event requirements to the entertainment team.
  • Host activities such as aqua aerobics, dance lessons, beach games, pool activities, and competitions.
  • Welcome guests and encourage participation in activities.
  • Ensure proper setup and dismantling of equipment and event spaces.
  • Support the supervisor in managing performers, DJs, and outsourced entertainers.
  • Maintain inventory of entertainment supplies, props, and materials.
  • Collect guest feedback and make recommendations for program improvement.
  • Ensure safety and quality service during all recreational and entertainment activities.


Qualification and Requirements

  • Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Recreation/Entertainment
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel entertainment or animation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Outgoing personality with confidence to host activities and events.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
