Job Summary

The Entertainment Supervisor oversees daily entertainment operations, ensuring all activities, shows, and guest engagement programs run smoothly, safely, and professionally. The role ensures high-quality entertainment aligned with hotel brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate entertainment team members, performers, and activity hosts.
  • Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly entertainment programs.
  • Lead guest activities including games, sports, kids club programs, evening shows, and themed events.
  • Ensure high energy, professionalism, and guest engagement at all times.
  • Conduct rehearsals and support performers to maintain quality and timing of shows
  • Monitor safety during all activities and ensure compliance with hotel safety standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Prepare shift schedules, attendance records, and performance reports.
  • Assist in organizing special events, cultural nights, live performances, and holiday celebrations.
  • Maintain equipment, sound systems, costumes, and entertainment materials.
  • Train new team members in guest interaction, activity hosting, and performance standards.


Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Entertainment, or related field.
  • Previous experience as Animator/Host or entertainment team leader.
  • Strong communication, stage presence, and leadership skills.
  • Creativity, energy, and ability to engage multi-cultural audiences.
  • Knowledge of music, dance, sports, or performance arts is an advantage.
