Job Summary

The F&B Coordinator/Administrator ensures smooth administrative and operational support for the Food & Beverage department. Acts as the central point for planning, reporting, and coordination between outlets, kitchens, and management to maintain efficient service delivery.

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing schedules, rosters, and staff allocations for F&B operations.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and track stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, costs, and consumption.
  • Coordinate between kitchen, outlets, and banquets for service planning.
  • Prepare reports on F&B performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Support budgeting, purchasing, and cost control processes.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Assist in organizing F&B events, promotions, and guest experiences.
  • Serve as liaison between F&B team and management for smooth communication.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in F&B operations or administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS or inventory systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
