Job Description

  • Assisting in creating and writing food and Beverage SOPs, Sequence of service and policies guiding food and beverage operation
  • Conducting training programs for waiters, bartenders, chefs, and supervisory staff
  • Service standards, SOPs, and operational procedures implementation
  • Train food and Beverage employee on Upselling techniques and guest service excellence
  • Coaching on hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
  • Staff performance evaluation and skill development
  • Menu knowledge, wine & beverage education, and mixology training
  • Mentoring, counselling and motivating teams for operational efficiency

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Food and Beverage operation, Hospitality Management
  • 8+ experience in food and beverage operation in all section Bar operation, restaurant operation and Room service operation
  • Experience in Employees training and development in F&B operations
  • Creating and Implementation of service standards and SOPs
  • Training on Food and Beverage sequence of Service
  • Guest service excellence and upselling techniques
  • Coaching on hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Menu knowledge, wine, and beverage training
  • Performance evaluation and team motivation
  • Designing training materials and conducting workshops
