To maintain the resort’s gardens, lawns, and landscape areas in line with Catalonia’s sustainability and aesthetic standards.

• Maintain lawns, trees, and shrubs ensuring a clean and appealing environment.

• Implement water conservation and recycling practices per Catalonia Green Policy.

• Use eco-friendly fertilizers and pest control methods only.

• Prune, plant, and fertilize according to seasonal landscaping plans.

• Inspect irrigation systems weekly for leaks or blockages.

• Keep pathways, signage, and landscape areas free from debris.

• Assist in maintaining biodiversity by protecting native species.

• Achieve ≥95% upkeep quality score in monthly inspections.

• Operate gardening tools safely and maintain them regularly.

• Support environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives across departments.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in resort or estate landscaping.

• Knowledge of tropical plants and soil management.
