General Cashier / Billing Executive

The General Cashier / Billing Executive is responsible for handling cash transactions, preparing accurate bills and receipts, and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly. This role requires integrity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

• Receive and process payments from guests or customers, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
• Issue accurate bills, invoices, and receipts in line with company policies.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures, ensuring security and accuracy of cash floats.
• Reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift or day.
• Prepare daily reports of cash and billing transactions for management review.
• Assist in handling refunds, adjustments, or billing corrections as required.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and statutory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving billing queries promptly and professionally.

• Diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in cashiering, billing, or front office operations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing systems (POS, PMS, or accounting software).
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
