Job Summary
The IT Coordinator supports the IT department by coordinating projects, managing documentation, and assisting with system implementations and user support.
Job Description
- Coordinate IT projects, including installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user manuals.
- Assist in training staff on new software and IT systems.
- Monitor IT performance and report issues to the IT Manager.
- Help manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT support and procurement.
- Support troubleshooting efforts alongside IT Operators.
Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT coordination, administration, or support.
- Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
