Job Summary
The IT Operator ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems, supporting both hardware and software for staff and management.
Job Description
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist staff with IT-related problems and provide technical support.
- Perform system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required.
- Maintain accurate logs of IT issues and resolutions.
- Report recurring issues to the IT Manager for further action.
Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support or operational experience.
- Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
