Junior Bartender

The Junior Bartender supports the bartending team by assisting in drink preparation, bar setup, and guest service. This is an entry-level role focused on developing beverage knowledge and service skills.

• Assist in preparing simple drinks, mocktails, and garnishes.
• Support bartenders with bar setup, cleaning, and restocking.
• Collect glassware, polish equipment, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide basic guest service and take simple beverage orders.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and responsible service guidelines.
• Learn cocktail recipes, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Inform senior staff of any guest feedback or issues.

• Basic education; Certificate in hospitality Management or Food and Beverage service or Bar management training
• 0 to 3 months school experience
• Willingness to learn and grow within the bar team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
