Job Summary

The Junior Reservation Agent supports the reservations team in managing bookings and providing excellent guest service while gaining experience in hotel operations.

Job Description

  • Assist in handling reservation requests under supervision.
  • Update and maintain reservation records accurately.
  • Provide information to guests regarding room types, rates, and availability.
  • Follow standard procedures for cancellations, modifications, and confirmations.
  • Support senior reservation agents with daily administrative tasks.
  • Learn and familiarize with the hotel’s PMS and booking systems

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate equivalent; hospitality reservation training is a plus.


  • 0–1 year experience in reservations or front office is acceptable.


  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn reservation systems.


  • Good communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
