Job Description
- Assist senior waiters with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Welcome guests and provide basic information about menus.
- Deliver bread, water, condiments, and assist with serving food.
- Support in polishing cutlery, glassware, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Clear plates, trays, and ensure timely removal of used items.
- Assist in buffet setup and replenishment.
- Ensure dining area remains clean and organized.
- Report guest feedback or issues to senior staff promptly.
- Follow grooming standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Qualification and Requirements
- Basic education required, Certificate of Hotel Management, Food and beverage service
- 0 to three months school experience
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Energetic, polite, and service-oriented.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and fast-paced environments.
