Kids Club Supervisor

The Kids Club Supervisor oversees all operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children. The role includes supervising attendants, planning activities, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to young guests and their families.

• Lead and supervise Kids Club attendants and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Design and implement creative, age-appropriate activity programs for children (arts & crafts, games, educational activities, storytelling, themed events).
• Ensure strict safety, health, and hygiene standards within the Kids Club area.
• Maintain accurate check-in/check-out procedures and ensure proper child supervision at all times.
• Train team members on child care, safety protocols, emergency procedures, and guest service.
• Communicate with parents regarding programs, child needs, and safety guidelines.
• Organize special events such as birthday parties, kids’ competitions, movie nights, and holiday-themed activities.
• Maintain inventory of toys, games, educational materials, and equipment.
• Conduct daily briefings, scheduling, and performance follow-ups with Kids Club staff.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the facility is clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.

• Certificate in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience working with children in a hospitality, school, or childcare environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Warm, friendly personality with genuine passion for child development and guest service.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.
