Lifeguard

To ensure the safety of all guests using the swimming pool, beach, or recreational water facilities. The lifeguard monitors activities, prevents accidents, responds to emergencies, and enforces safety rules while providing excellent customer service.

Safety & Surveillance

• Monitor swimmers and pool or beach areas at all times to prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool and water safety rules and regulations.
• Identify and respond to hazardous situations promptly.
• Conduct regular safety checks of pool, beach, and surrounding facilities.

Emergency Response

• Provide first aid, CPR, and rescue operations in case of incidents.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to accidents, injuries, or emergencies.
• Coordinate with medical personnel or emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain readiness of rescue and safety equipment.

Customer Service

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide guidance on safe swimming practices and water activities.
• Report incidents, unsafe behavior, or concerns to supervisors.

Maintenance & Reporting

• Assist with minor maintenance of pool or beach areas, including safety equipment.
• Ensure rescue equipment, first aid kits, and flotation devices are in good condition.
• Maintain daily logs of incidents, inspections, and activities.

• Certified in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR.
• Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to perform rescues if necessary.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and water rescue techniques.
• Ability to stay alert, focused, and calm under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Teamwork skills and reliability.
