To support daily HR operations, employee engagement, and welfare programs to ensure a positive workplace culture. A People & Culture Coordinator plays a crucial role in nurturing a positive workplace environment and supporting the overall employee experience. They are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusiveness and belonging and work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure organizational goals are met. Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, aiding in skill enhancement and career progression
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to staff and management as the first point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support organisational objectives
  • Organise internal events and activities that promote team cohesion and cultural awareness


Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR support or coordination role
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Teamwork and customer service orientation.
