The Reservation Agent is responsible for managing room bookings efficiently, providing guests with accurate information, and ensuring a seamless reservation process

Job Description

  • Handle all reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about room types, rates, and hotel services.
  • Ensure correct entry of reservations into the PMS system.
  • Assist guests with special requests and preferences.
  • Follow up on pending reservations and confirmations.
  • Collaborate with front office and sales teams to optimize occupancy.
  • Maintain records of cancellations, no-shows, and booking modifications.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS/CRS).
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
