The Reservation Agent is responsible for managing room bookings efficiently, providing guests with accurate information, and ensuring a seamless reservation process
Job Description
- Handle all reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide guests with accurate information about room types, rates, and hotel services.
- Ensure correct entry of reservations into the PMS system.
- Assist guests with special requests and preferences.
- Follow up on pending reservations and confirmations.
- Collaborate with front office and sales teams to optimize occupancy.
- Maintain records of cancellations, no-shows, and booking modifications.
Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS/CRS).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
