Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flows and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests professionally.
- Develop and implement service procedures, SOPs, and promotional activities.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and operational planning.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
- Monitor revenue, control costs, and support upselling initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
