Leads the service team, handles guest interactions, and ensures smooth and efficient restaurant functioning. An experienced and service-focused Restaurant Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Efficient in managing daily restaurant operations, supporting the service team, and ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen.

Job Description

  • Supervise waiters, hostesses, and service staff during operations.
  • Ensure smooth service flow, table arrangements, and station readiness.
  • Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, upselling, and customer service.
  • Handle guest complaints, special requests, and VIP tables professionally.
  • Monitor cleaning, hygiene, and upkeep of dining and service areas.
  • Oversee reservation systems and seating plans.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management for seamless service.
  • Conduct shift briefings, assign duties, and manage scheduling.
  • Support the implementation of promotions and special events.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management or Food and Beverage service
  • 6+ years of experience in Food and Beverage service, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong supervisory skills especially managing Food and Beverage service or Room service
  • Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced operations
