Job Summary

The Room Service Supervisor oversees all in-room dining operations, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, and exceptional guest service. Leads the team, coordinates orders, and ensures smooth, efficient, and high-standard room service operations.

Job Description

  • Supervise room service attendants and manage shift operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all room service orders.
  • Maintain high standards of tray/trolley setup and presentation.
  • Handle guest requests, special orders, and VIP room service arrangements.
  • Train and guide staff in service standards, upselling, and customer service.
  • Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and equipment maintenance.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure food presentation and temperature standards.
  • Resolve guest complaints and service recovery professionally.
  • Prepare shift reports and assist with scheduling duties.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and hotel safety standards.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in room service or F&B, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong supervisory skills especially managing Food and Beverage service or Room service
  • Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced operations
