Senior Bartender

The Senior Bartender leads bar operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional service, consistent product quality, and revenue growth through Beverage upselling. Supports training of bar staff, manages inventory, and handles VIP or complex guest requests.

• Assist in Supervise bartenders and bar helpers during operations.
• Ensure drink preparation meets hotel standards and consistency.
• Handle VIP guests and high-level service interactions.
• Train staff in mixology, product knowledge, and upselling.
• Monitor bar cleanliness, hygiene, and workstation organization.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and consumption reports.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure quick service recovery.
• Create cocktails or recommend seasonal beverage offerings.
• Support bar promotions and maintain guest engagement.

• Diploma in hospitality or related field.
• 6+ years bartending experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong mixology and beverage management skills.
• Excellent supervisory skills, communication, and customer service abilities.
