Job Description

Lead and supervise waiters and junior waiters during shifts.


Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas meet hotel standards.


Greet VIP guests, manage special requests, and handle complaints professionally.


Take detailed orders and coordinate with kitchen/bar for accurate service.


Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.


Train new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and upselling.


Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective actions when needed.


Manage reservation seating plans when required.


Oversee billing, cashiering, and shift reports.


Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.


Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or food and beverage or equivalent
  • 5+ years of F&B service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards.
  • Multilingual is added advantage
