SPA Receiptionist
Job Summary
SPA Receptionist ensures seamless guest experience through efficient operations and superior customer service at SPA. The role is essential to creating positive first and last impressions for guests, while maintaining operational discipline, communication, and coordination with other departments. The SPA Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors at Spa Area. This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome, delivering exceptional customer service, handling all front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. To provide excellent guest service at the spa reception, manage bookings, handle cashiering, and ensure efficient communication between guests and spa staff
Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and provide detailed information about spa services.
- Manage reservations, appointments, and daily spa schedule.
- Handle telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with therapists regarding treatment schedules and guest preferences.
- Update guest history, preferences, and feedback in the system.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for spa guests.
- Handle daily billing accuracy, and end-of-day reports.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and display of spa retail items.
- Assist with retail sales, inventory, and replenishment.
Qualification and Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality, Front office, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a receptionist or Front Desk Agent (hotel experience preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an added advantage.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
