To oversee daily spa operations, ensure exceptional guest service, support spa team performance, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and wellness experience.

Job Description


  • Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Welcome guests and ensure they receive professional, personalized service.
  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
  • Monitor treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and facilities to maintain standards.
  • Schedule spa staff, manage attendance, and assign daily duties.
  • Train new therapists and receptionists on service standards and procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coach team to improve service quality.
  • Promote spa treatments, membership packages, and retail products.
  • Track daily sales, upselling performance, and support revenue targets.
  • Assist with inventory management and monthly stock-taking.
  • Ensure all spa operations comply with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely action.

Qualification and Requirements

Diploma or Certificate or On-job training certificate in Spa Therapy, Wellness, Beauty, or related field.

Proven experience in spa or wellness center operations.

6+ years of experience in Spa or wellness center

Team leadership and customer service skills.

Knowledge of beauty products and spa treatments.
