Guest Experience

• Ensure guest privacy, comfort, and safety at all times.
• Promote spa products and services through knowledgeable recommendations.

Hygiene & Preparation

• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and spa equipment.
• Follow strict hygiene, sanitization, and operational protocols.
• Prepare rooms and materials before and after each treatment.

Professional Responsibilities

• Track product usage and report shortages.
• Participate in training and skill refreshers.
• Maintain excellent grooming and professional conduct.

• Certified Spa Therapist or Diploma in Massage/Beauty Therapy.
• 4+ years of experience in Massage and well ness
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and skincare procedures.
• Strong customer service attitude and communication skills.
• Physically fit with good stamina.
