Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient inventory management. This role ensures smooth workflow, adherence to store policies, and high standards of customer service.

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in managing, training, and motivating store staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of all store items.
• Support the implementation of store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Handle minor customer complaints or escalate issues to the Store Manager.
• Assist with preparation of reports on stock movement, usage, and discrepancies.
• Support the Store Manager in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant statutory regulations.

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in store operations, inventory control, or related role.
• Strong organizational, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and record-keeping.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity.
